Staff Product Designer, Mobile focus

📋 Description

• Own the design direction and UX/UI patterns across three apps teams.
• Set and maintain the mobile design quality standard.
• Run planning and discovery for three teams to define direction.
• Partner with the Director of Product and apps PMs on roadmap and priorities.
• Lead native craft for iOS and Android, including resizable/foldable UX.
• Drive mobile AI features and integration into the apps.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design for shipped mobile work.
• Native iOS/Android expertise; HIG and Material; foldables/iPad.
• Track record raising design quality across teams.
• Experience leading design direction across multiple product areas.
• Experience building/evolving mobile design systems.
• Proficient in Figma; AI-assisted tools (Claude/Cursor).
