📋 Description

• Define and evolve both free and paid experiences across Monetization surfaces
• Lead Monetization design roadmap and development
• Partner with engineers and PMs on strategy and tactics
• Collaborate with designers/artists to expand design language
• Work on broad concepts or narrow, tactical features
• Consider copy, animation and business impact in experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Online portfolio with consumer mobile app or web design samples
• Design experience in a consumer app, product, or software
• Detail-oriented with excellence in work quality
• Ability to explain work, process, and decisions and seek feedback
