Staff Product Designer, Network

📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, data, marketing to define problems and strategy.
• Own end-to-end design from concept to post-launch iteration.
• Design experiences across acquisition, onboarding, activation, referrals, and growth.
• Tackle complex consumer design problems with behavioral insights into simple experiences.
• Iterate quickly with wireframes, prototypes, and experiments to optimize metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth experiments across touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• Designing for millions of active users (social/marketplace growth).
• Strong communicator who articulates decisions, tradeoffs, and data.
• Deep visual and interaction design with measurable impact.
• Experience designing for growth: acquisition, onboarding, referrals.
• Comfortable using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
