Staff Product Designer, Prototypes

📋 Description

• Define and drive the North Star for Miro Prototyping.
• Be a tireless AI innovator; apply generative AI to prototyping.
• Own the Prototyping mode; navigate ambiguity with lean experiments.
• Create best-in-class experiences across formats while keeping Miro easy to use.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on AI quality and UX transitions.
• Mentor designers and evolve design systems and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design, B2B SaaS or AI focus.
• 2-3 years at Staff/Principal level with ownership.
• Strong portfolio showing user-focused strategies and impact.
• Deep understanding of AI and AI design tooling.
• Experience with cross-functional teams: PM, UX, Eng.
• Deep UX, information architecture, user-centered design.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proactive, autonomous, adaptable in fast-paced work.
• Experience with design tools or editors is a plus.
