Staff Product Designer, Provider CRM & Prospect Management

📋 Description

• Own the provider CRM experience from prospect to active patient within Headway’s platform.
• Design a client list as a prospect pipeline with stages, status, and drop-off signals.
• Create an AI front desk and scheduling assistant for inquiries, booking, and follow-up.
• Design for diverse providers (practice starters to group practices) without fragmentation.
• Plan and prototype with AI tools (Claude.ai, Cursor, MagicPatterns) and collaborate with PM &
• Conduct provider research to validate solutions and identify automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, with CRM, pipeline, or marketplace focus.
• Proven ability to define new product surfaces (0→1) without complete requirements.
• Strong funnel thinking and metrics-driven mindset.
• Systems thinker able to map multi-actor experiences (provider, prospect, patient, scheduling).
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows (not just chatbots).
• Excellent visual and interaction design craft; capability to produce high-quality work quickly.
