📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design projects from research to delivery.

• Conduct usability studies and research to inform decisions.
• Manage research operations: recruitment, study coordination, and docs.
• Translate research findings into clear recommendations and narratives.
• Contribute to design systems and accessibility practices across products.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading strategic product design with ownership and autonomy.
• Strong full design process: discovery, IA, UX flows, interaction and UI design.
• Experience conducting independent user research and usability testing.
• Ability to prototype, communicate concepts, and tell compelling product stories.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, design consistency, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Figma and GitHub; basic HTML/CSS concepts.
