📋 Description

• Lead design projects from research to full features delivering user and business value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advance UX.
• Contribute to design system and accessibility practices.
• Support the team with feedback and help tell customer experiences at Netlify.
• Manage participant recruiting, follow-ups, and incentives for studies.
• Organize work streams with prioritization, iteration, and timeboxing.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead design efforts at a strategic level for technical products or platforms.
• Prototyping and storytelling at various fidelities to propose high-confidence solutions.
• Experience across iterative product development from problem definition to UI design.
• Collaborate with developers on HTML/CSS; proficient in Figma and GitHub.
• Rigor for accessibility, consistency, and high quality.
• Owns scoping, planning, and executing usability studies with minimal guidance.
