📋 Description

• Own and evolve metering infrastructure for billable events
• Expand payment platform integrations: subscriptions, webhooks, usage reporting
• Build cloud marketplace data flows between billing and entitlements
• Develop dashboards and forecasting for usage, spend, costs
• Improve billing monitoring, alerts, and anomaly detection
• Define patterns, standards, and testing approaches for reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend engineering with ownership of billing/metering systems
• Hands-on payment infra: subscriptions, webhooks, usage-based billing, reconciliations
• Strong backend programming skills; Go or Java preferred
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
• Product mindset; visibility into how tech choices affect trust and pricing
• Staff-level ownership; influence direction and elevate practices
