Staff Product Engineer, Enterprise AI

📋 Description

• Own complex product features end-to-end, from concept and technical planning through
• Translate product direction, user needs, partner feedback, and enterprise requirements into
• Work across front-end, back-end, APIs, services, integrations, data flows, and
• Develop AI-powered capabilities spanning chat, search, research, workflow automation
• Partner closely with product, design, engineering, enterprise-facing teams, senior technical
• Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to accelerate implementation while maintaining high

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial Staff-level
• Strong full-stack engineering capabilities, with experience across user interfaces, APIs, services
• Proven ability to own complex product features through technical planning, implementation, launch
• Experience building AI-enabled products or features, with practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents
• Hands-on experience evaluating and using multiple AI tools, models, frameworks, or development
• Experience with open-source enterprise products, developer tools, infrastructure or platform

🎁 Benefits
