Staff Product Line Architect

📋 Description

• Develop program direction for Peloton HW initiatives with PM/executives
• Monitor and adjust program strategies with cross-functional leadership
• Promote collaboration across teams and with CM/JDM partners
• Evangelize DFM and Lean Engineering concepts in products
• Develop Product and Engineering Requirements Documentation
• Work cross-functionally to develop and execute master test plans

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years product development with multiple successful launches
• 2+ years leading or managing cross-functional teams
• Adept in design for manufacturability, assembly and packaging
• Experience with electro-mechanical machinery, metal structures, plastics, and electronics
• Knowledge of engineering analysis, testing tools, and documentation standards
