Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own product deployments end-to-end: vision, backlog, sprint planning, releases.
• Drive technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs, standards.
• Bridge users and engineers: translate readiness problems into product requirements via user research.
• Shape platform evolution: R&D on data ontology management, agent orchestration (MCP/A2A), generative interfaces.
• Support delivery operations: reduce manual effort across contract types and deployment models.
• Communicate clearly: exec briefings, demos, PRDs, cross-functional alignment; mentor team.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen with active DoW Secret clearance (or ability to obtain quickly).
• CS degree or equivalent technical degree, or 1-2 years of software engineering.
• 6+ years of product mgmt or software engineering in agile environments.
• Comfortable reading code and discussing architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or SIPR/NIPR.
• Startup experience navigating scalability and automation.
• Platform product experience: APIs and SDKs alongside web apps.
