Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own a product area driving BetterUp's Human Transformation Platform.
• Translate vision into concrete execution plans; deliver against them.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data to drive outcomes.
• Spend significant time with customers; enterprise buyers and admins.
• Prototype AI demos (Claude, Cursor, Replit, Figma Make) before engineering.
• Define and track success metrics; mitigate risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of outcomes.
• Experience building platform or admin-facing B2B enterprise products.
• Direct enterprise customer exposure; translate conversations into hypotheses.
• AI-native fluency; prototypes with Claude, Cursor, Replit, Figma Make.
• Strong executive communication; storytelling to stakeholders.
• Systems thinking; work with engineering on data model decisions.
