🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with substantive European payments experience.
• Experience delivering PSD2 compliance, SEPA, or UK Faster Payments-enabled products; regulatory
• Strong commercial thinking: prioritization, right-to-win arguments, and enterprise-facing dialogue.
• Ability to lead without direct authority; cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
• Comfort using AI to accelerate execution and expand scope.
• Regulatory fluency applied as a product skill; willing to own market outcomes and growth.
