Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own defined areas of Flip’s product end to end, including defining product direction, shaping
• Set direction and ensure execution within scope, defining what gets built, what doesn't, and why.
• Own the success of one or more core product features, focusing on measurable outcomes and
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strong product
• Meet with customers (Retail or Healthcare companies) to demonstrate how to increase their phone
• Act as a copilot to Engineering for priorities, detailed specs, QA, and release.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building products where success depended on getting system behavior right, not just
• Thinks in terms of outcomes (revenue, retention, efficiency) rather than features.
• Comfortable working on products that combine software, data, and AI behavior.
• Strong intuition for systems, APIs, and product constraints (latency, reliability, scale).
• Experience working on or closely with AI, automation, or complex workflow products.
• Can design experiences for high-stakes user actions (payments, cancellations, order by phone
