Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod end-to-end — from discovery through launch
• Have the skills and capabilities to (quickly) become an expert in the Food & Food Benefits
• Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, well-defined
• Design and advocate for the member experience – turning something that can often times feel
• Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define the systems architecture that
• Balance the urgency of client-driven timelines with the discipline of building platform

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent in B2B or B2B2C environments
• A track record of launching new products or service lines end-to-end — not just iterating on
• Direct experience working alongside Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams to build
• Experience building and launching products in close partnership with commercial and go-to-market
• Experience in AI-enabled product development processes and tools
