Work with exec leadership across modes/geographies to secure buy-in
Define end-to-end customer experience requirements; translate needs to clear specs
Establish catalog quality metrics to ensure comprehensive, discoverable offerings
Lead change management for cross-domain projects across modes/regions

🎯 Requirements

8+ years PM experience; enterprise software or supply chain a plus.
Track record of scalable, closed-loop workflows in complex envs.
Technical competence; can talk shop with engineers.
Experience leading and inspiring engineering teams to accelerate velocity.
Strong communication and presenting; articulate prioritisation to senior leadership.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
