Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own AI product initiatives end-to-end from ideation to launch and retention
• Engage with customers to understand needs and translate into solutions
• Identify new product opportunities and anticipate risks
• Collaborate with leaders across functions to refine product strategy
• Build alignment and drive decision-making across company initiatives
• Influence stakeholders across teams to drive collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong AI experience - agents, context, memory, frameworks
• Market and explain AI solutions to customers and non-tech audiences
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships (users, customers, partners, analysts)
• Data integration, APIs, data flow across ecosystems, data connectors
• CRM systems and ecosystem integrations preferred
• Outstanding presentation skills to convey tech and business topics
