Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives across Identity and Security
• Shaping authentication, authorization, and access control for Atlas, core engine, and developer
• Own non-human identity including workload federation and passwordless access
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and customers on identity experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, Security Architecture, or Tech Leadership focused on IAM, Cloud
• Influence senior stakeholders and operate with ambiguity
• Deep knowledge of authentication, authorization, federation protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM)
• Cloud identity experience across AWS, Azure, GCP; secret-reduction strategies
• Understanding of AI agent workflows, MCP, and non-human identity security
• Experience building developer/admin experiences for complex backend tech
