Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead identity & security product initiatives for MongoDB Atlas and core engine
• Shape authentication, authorization, and access control strategy
• Drive workloads identity federation and passwordless access
• Partner with engineering, UX, and GTM to meet enterprise needs
• Represent security/identity vision at events and with executives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in PM, security architecture, or technical leadership (IAM/cloud)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate without direct authority
• Deep knowledge of OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP identity models and secret-reduction tactics
• Understanding of AI agent workflows and MCP integrations
• Experience building developer/admin UX for complex infra
