Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own key cross-domain initiatives on the Atlas Clusters roadmap, translating requirements e.g.
• Define goals and milestones for major platform programs, including platform resiliency, and drive
• Lead gap assessments and scope customer-driven engineering work
• Drive complex, multi-team programs by setting governance, success metrics, and operating cadence
• Partner with Engineering and SRE on architecture interpretation, implementation decisions, and
• Embed reliability- and scale-first workflows into product development and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience on technically complex, infrastructure-level products
• Demonstrated success owning enterprise-grade, technical products end-to-end, delivering measurable
• Technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture, failure modes, performance characteristics
• Track record of taking products from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 50
• Hands-on experience with databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure platforms
• Ability to write, promote, and execute business cases
