• Spend time with customers and customer-facing teams, synthesizing customer feedback, research, and

• Partner across go-to-market teams to bring features and products to market, informing pricing

• Engineering mindset to product problems, ability to think through edge cases and extend underlying
• Demonstrate taste - care about the quality of products built and used
• Excellent writer and synthesizer, bringing product knowledge and clarity to the organization
• Ability to build a thesis for prioritization and communicate priorities with a sound strategy
• Leverage tools and processes to build operational excellence into product process
