Staff Product Manager

📋 Description

• Frame and execute the product strategy; define requirements for new features
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and priorities
• Partner with engineering, UXR, design, and analytics to iterate on user experiences
• Develop hypotheses for customer use cases and rapidly test to find product-market fit
• Support quarterly planning and define objectives for product teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years experience as a product manager in a tech company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in clinical development
• Demonstrated ability to ship high-impact products quickly
• Able to solve hard problems with constraints; data-informed narratives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing
• Strong collaboration and quick decision-making
