Staff Product Manager, Access & Identity Management

📋 Description

• Set the identity strategy: define and drive the multi-year roadmap for authentication
• Modernize authentication: ship modern flows such as passkeys/FIDO2, risk-based MFA, social and SSO
• Improve account lifecycle: make it easier for users to create, access, recover, and manage accounts
• Fight fraud and abuse: partner with Security and Trust & Safety to detect and prevent account
• Lead age assurance and youth safety: own the product approach to age verification, parental
• Protect privacy: ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and others) and

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning identity, authentication
• Working knowledge of authentication protocols and standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML
• Experience with fraud prevention and bot mitigation, and a track record of balancing security
• Experience shipping identity or account experiences across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and
