Staff Product Manager (Accounts & Billing)

📋 Description

• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy, incl. tiers and regional pricing.
• Ship billing as a product: metering, invoicing, payments, refunds, and usage visibility.
• Steward accounts foundation: sign-up/auth, identity, orgs/teams, roles, and security.
• Lead pricing experiments using data and analytics (conversion and telemetry).
• Partner with Finance to align pricing with value, goals, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to set priorities and tradeoffs during high demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PM experience leading pricing, packaging, or monetization for SaaS.
• Experience with usage-based, credit-based, or subscription models (metering, overages).
• Hands-on with billing platforms (Stripe, Zuora, Metronome) and billing pipelines.
• Track record delivering revenue impact via strategy, experimentation, and execution.
• Comfort in ambiguity; frame tradeoffs and give clear recommendations.
• Ability to influence Finance, Sales, UX, and Engineering with senior leaders.
