• Deeply understand problems faced by agent builders and identify opportunities where our products
• Define and build what’s next for Temporal
• Own strategy and roadmap for agent connectivity
• Turn ambiguous signals into clear product theses
• Prioritize new capabilities like identity propagation or rate limits
• Bootstrap an ecosystem of connectors

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical depth
• Ability to reason about distributed systems, workflow orchestration, service-to-service
• Developer-platform experience
• Experience with infrastructure, platforms, integrations, APIs, SDKs, service mesh, API gateways, or
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Experience working on platform, infrastructure, developer tools, or other technical products

• Salary $200,000 – $262,500 (US Tier 1)
• Salary $180,000 – $236,250 (US Tier 2)
• Salary $160,000 – $210,000 (US Tier 3)
