Staff Product Manager, Agent Hosting

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, execution, and growth of a production-grade agent runtime platform.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent hosting capabilities.
• Drive reliable production runtime experiences for deploying, managing, and scaling agents.
• Lead initiatives on deployment speed, autoscaling, regional availability, latency, and platform
• Develop understanding of customer workflows and industry trends to guide decisions.
• Partner with engineering to trade off performance, scalability, and cost.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, senior or staff level preferred.
• Proven experience owning developer-facing infrastructure, platform, or cloud products.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, runtimes, latency, and reliability.
• Experience managing products where performance, availability, and operational excellence are core.
• Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and communicate clearly to execs and engineers.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
