Staff Product Manager - Agent & Systems Observability

📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability across logs, metrics, and traces.
• Drive prioritization of observability investments balancing infra and product needs.
• Partner with Eng & Product to shape telemetry pipeline for signal fidelity, performance, and cost.
• Develop a strong point of view on observability for AI-native builders and extend OTel to agent workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management with observability or infrastructure experience.
• Fluency with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem and instrumenting production systems.
• Familiarity with AI workload economics, token pricing, and budget attribution.
• Deep developer empathy and ability to trade off architecture with engineering.
• Track record turning ambiguous problems into clear strategy and shipped outcomes.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
