Staff Product Manager, Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Lead with customers to define AI-driven agentic workflows for Autopilot.
• Own three surfaces: AI Workflows, AI Agent Workflow Manager, and AI Agent Analytics & Reporting.
• Partner with Mo (AI Supply Chain Analyst) for natural-language workflow authoring.
• Set measurable goals for workflows and drive adoption with trust as a priority.
• Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and operations to scale no-code AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management for data-rich or AI/ML products.
• Experience with no-code workflow builders or analytics platforms.
• Strong ability to define outcomes, metrics, and success criteria for complex workflows.
• Excellent communication to influence engineers, designers, sales, customers, and executives.
• Ability to translate customer problems into prioritized roadmaps for multi-surface products.
