🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8+ years in product management (AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products), at
• Track record of moving business metrics (usage, conversion, revenue, engagement) at scale
• Experience building for business users/operators, including tooling, dashboards, and controls
• Strong AI/ML/LLM product depth and ability to reason about tradeoffs (quality, latency, cost
• Comfort with zero-to-one ambiguity and scaling experiments into a portfolio
• Measurement-first mindset tying every experience to usage and business outcomes
