Staff Product Manager, Agentic Experiences

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product strategy for agentic selling experiences.
• Define how AI agents act for sellers with guardrails and human-in-the-loop.
• Set direction, roadmap, and tradeoffs in a fast-moving space.
• Lead cross-functional pods across engineering, design, and data science; mentor PMs.
• Ship AI-enabled experiences that are transparent and trustworthy.
• Help define a new category of agentic selling and revenue context.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management for B2B SaaS; sales tech or revenue intelligence preferred.
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales: deal structures, multi-stakeholder dynamics.
• Experience shipping AI/ML features; evaluate model tradeoffs and impact.
• Experience with agentic AI systems or intelligent workflow automation.
• Strong platform intuition: API strategy, developer experience, or enterprise admin capabilities.
• CRM integrations and data-sync complexity; bidirectional workflows and data fidelity.
