• Create operating environment: data-driven rhythms and experimentation
• Turn agent traffic into fast feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

• Former engineer turned PM with senior software depth
• Deep AI fluency; shipped AI software
• Able to prototype and ship complete systems
• PLG and developer-product fluency
• Excellent product management judgment
• Experience with AI agents, MCP servers, CLI tools
