📋 Description

Define and own AGSE Service strategy and roadmap
Own top-level roadmap for autonomous driving, fleet ops, and evaluation infra
Align across commercial, engineering, and operations on what, why, and when
Build measurement foundation for continuous improvement
Define KPIs across capability, performance, and reliability
Drive cross-functional leadership and establish product development practices

🎯 Requirements

BS in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent)
5+ years PM exp owning multi-system, complex products end-to-end
Experience shipping in safety-critical, real-time environments
Proven ability to ship 0-1 products in fast-paced setting
Engaging with enterprise/operational customers; translate needs into requirements
Strong analytical, data-driven decision making; cross-functional leadership
