📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces
• Align engineering, design, and data to deliver the plan
• Sequence work to build reusable primitives across surfaces
• Define quality, evals, and guardrails for AI experiences
• Balance developer tools and creator-facing experiences
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Webflow leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent experience
• 8+ years PM experience in AI-powered systems
• Expertise in platforms, APIs, extensibility
• Experience with LLM-based tools and AI agents
• Define evals, guardrails, and success metrics
• Lead across Engineering, Design, GTM with influence
