📋 Description

• AI Platform Vision: Define strategy, roadmap, and metrics for AI/data foundation.
• System Development: Design scalable AI systems, pipelines, and APIs.
• Product Execution: Drive end-to-end initiatives with reliability and responsible AI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with research, platform, and product teams.
• Measurement and Iteration: Use metrics and feedback to validate impact and prioritize.
• Communication and Alignment: Translate AI concepts for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of PM experience leading AI/ML products with impact.
• Deep fluency in ML: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Strategic and executional: long-term AI vision with near-term experiments.
• Platform mindset: scalable developer/data platforms via APIs and primitives.
• Strong communicator and influencer across technical & non-technical audiences.
• Nice to have: hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, or agentic systems.
