Staff Product Manager, AI/ML

📋 Description

• Define domain strategy/roadmap for ranking, recommendations, personalization.
• Identify and prioritize GenAI/ML opportunities; build a bets pipeline.
• Partner with ML Eng and data science to translate models into product decisions.
• Build experiments and measurement to improve relevance and engagement.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design on strategy and priorities.
• Contribute to broader AI/ML product strategy across Strava surfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• PM with ML-powered product shipping at scale (ranking, recommendations, personalization, search).
• Deep fluency in ML and GenAI; collaborate with engineers on models/evaluation/data pipelines.
• Own domain-level strategy end-to-end.
• Strong experimentation/measurement instincts; data-driven improvements.
• Ability to align/influence senior stakeholders without authority.
• Low-ego, partnership-oriented with tech/design partners.
