🎯 Requirements

8+ years PM experience, 2+ years shipping AI/ML products
Personally written evals for AI product quality
Built multi-step LLM-powered user flows in production
Strong fluency with LLMs: model selection, RAG, fine-tuning
Builder who shipped AI products in partnership with ML engineers
Bonus: healthcare or regulated industries experience
