📋 Description

• Set and build the AI platform vision and architecture.
• Own Eddy's roadmap and prioritization.
• Build AI workflows and integrations across CX, Ops, Sales, Finance, Clinical.
• Ship AI features quickly; write evals; configure agents.
• Define prompts, evals, and the agent harness.
• Drive cross-functional adoption of AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience, with at least 2 years shipping AI or AI-adjacent products.
• Built or configured AI agents, skills, or workflows.
• Strong AI fluency: prompts, evals, RAG, tool use.
• Platform thinker who builds for other builders.
• Cross-functional operator translating AI into business value.
• Ruthlessly prioritized; can manage multiple roadmaps.
