📋 Description

• Contribute to AI Voice strategy and roadmap, setting vision for guest interactions at scale.
• Proactively surface AI gaps and performance issues and turn findings into a prioritized plan.
• Stay connected to enterprise hotel clients to translate pain points into product improvements.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infra to champion a scalable, high-availability platform.
• Define and track AI KPIs and use data to drive decisions.
• Align engineering, sales, and customer success around shared goals during rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management shipping AI/conversational AI in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep technical depth in LLMs, NLP, dialog management, and underlying infra.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to link AI performance to business outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and demonstrated impact.
