Staff Product Manager - API Connectivity

📋 Description

• Own the Connectivity (ERP) product domain with direct ERP integrations and aggregators.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity.
• Make build vs. buy decisions for integrations.
• Translate partner needs into API requirements and specs; collaborate with backend engineers.
• Manage dependencies with ERP providers and aggregators; ensure production-ready integrations.
• Act as primary ERP connectivity contact; coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, CS, Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM experience (L4) / 7+ years (L5)
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, or platform products
• Direct ERP or accounting software integrations (Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero)
• Comfortable with technical teams on complex data models and workflows
• Proven ability to manage external dependencies and vendors
• Nice-to-have: fintech/payments, OAuth, webhooks, data sync
