Staff Product Manager, App Platform & Experience

📋 Description

• Define long-term vision for Affirm's core consumer experience across apps and web.
• Own navigation, IA, design systems, and shared UX frameworks.
• Lead major initiatives, including large-scale redesigns of the consumer journey.
• Partner with Mobile and Web Eng to shape React Native platforms.
• Create scalable patterns across onboarding, discovery, personalization, and servicing.
• Advocate for users; ensure needs guide product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience delivering consumer tech at scale.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across teams.
• Strong consumer product instincts and taste.
• Experience owning or shaping mobile/web experiences, IA, or design systems.
• Experience partnering with Design and Engineering to deliver polished UX.
• Experience with React Native; shaping strategy for shared platform capabilities.
