🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years PM experience with growth, acquisition, lifecycle, or funnel work.
  • Own ambiguous cross-team problems; set multi-year growth strategy and loops.
  • Serve individual users and paying orgs; bridge consumer growth with B2B strategies.
  • Quantitative rigor; growth funnels, cohorts; size opportunities; design A/B tests.
  • Fluent in growth stack: lifecycle/CRM, attribution, Amplitude, Mixpanel, experimentation.
  • Experience scaling acquisition via partnerships and integrations; design incentives.
