Staff Product Manager, CI/CD & Developer Productivity

📋 Description

• Own the path from commit to running production software on Render: build system, deploy experience
• Shape build and deploy experiences for both human and AI-driven code delivery across many services.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with time in developer tools, infrastructure, or
• Deep delivery domain knowledge: CI/CD, build systems, caching, containers/registries, deploy
• Ability to define long-term direction and align cross-functional teams, while focusing on
• Comfort with ambiguity, data-informed prioritization, and clear communication with diverse
• Strong focus on developer experience, speed, reliability, and tool usability.
