Staff Product Manager, Comms Platform

📋 Description

• Set product strategy and roadmap for Comms Plat, connecting customer needs, business priorities
• Help modernize Affirm’s comms infrastructure and build shared capabilities that support more
• Lead complex platform initiatives from strategy through launch and adoption, working closely with
• Build strong relationships across Affirm so communications needs for new products, markets, and
• Shape channel, platform, and partner strategy, including thoughtful build-versus-buy decisions
• Make clear tradeoffs across customer experience, reliability, scalability, cost, regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience, with a track record of leading
• Experience building platform or other technically complex products. Comms or messaging experience
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into a clear strategy
• Technical fluency and comfort partnering deeply with Engineering on architecture, reliability
• A track record of taking products beyond launch and driving adoption across multiple teams or
• Strong cross-functional influence and the ability to build alignment across teams with different
