📋 Description

• Set the long term vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple connects with the broader financial
• Define the capabilities we should build ourselves, where we should rely on partners, and where we
• Develop a roadmap that balances immediate product needs with investments in reusable platform
• Own the end to end experience for connecting external bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple —
• Improve connection success, reliability and coverage across institutions, and own the routing
• Own the client experience, including institution selection, authentication, errors, recovery and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning a platform, API, developer product or integrations platform, with a track record
• Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, routing
• Experience delivering through external vendors or partners whose roadmaps you don’t control
• Comfort treating reliability as product work — error taxonomies, failure recovery, observability
• Experience weighing growth against fraud, risk and compliance, and holding both sides of that
• The ability to turn a collection of technical capabilities into a clear product strategy and
