Staff Product Manager, Content-to-Discovery Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Set and drive a multi-year strategy for the end-to-end content-to-discovery flywheel across
• Own the roadmap for the infrastructure supporting content, scraping, and catalog onboarding
• Drive the extraction, processing, metadata enrichment, and freshness lifecycle, keeping content and
• Own indexing across Shopping and Search.
• Own retrieval and serving with an understanding of latency, performance signals, and inventory.
• Define how the org measures freshness and reliability, and use that data to prioritize investment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or technical leadership, with a record of building and launching
• Direct experience owning one or more of: content/catalog acquisition and onboarding, data
• Track record of improving data quality, freshness, or relevance metrics across a large, multi-stage
• Strong technical judgment; able to go deep with engineers on tradeoffs across ingestion, indexing
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and
• Analytical and strategic mindset; comfortable making high-accountability decisions and defining
