Staff Product Manager, Customer Care Platform & Data

📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the agent platform and data.
• Define and drive AI/copilot capabilities to boost agent efficiency and quality.
• Lead execution on complex cross-cutting initiatives across platform and data.
• Own accuracy and integrity of customer care and safety data for decisions and reporting.
• Shape architecture and operations as agent workflows evolve with AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, data science, ML, design, and support ops to ship product.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience owning vision/strategy for platform or cross-functional product
• Direct AI/ML product experience (copilots, agent-assist, or LLM tooling)
• Strong data fluency: data pipelines, data quality, and reporting
• Track record delivering on ambiguous, high-complexity problems across teams
• Autonomy: influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Customer obsession: dive into customer and agent problems
• Technical depth: discuss platform + AI/ML capabilities with engineers
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent preferred
