Staff Product Manager-Design and Intelligence

📋 Description

• Work with eng, design, and product to build AI-native marketing solutions for enterprises.
• Build an AI-native, multi-modal content design engine aligned with brand and design systems.
• Create end-to-end, closed-loop content workflows for hyper-personalization and faster delivery.
• Architect a scalable platform to serve a wide range of enterprise customers.
• Use data to identify product improvements and prioritize initiatives by impact.
• Collaborate with PMs to launch new features delivering big impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, CS, business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in product management or AI-native software; shipped AI capability.
• UI/UX design experience; distill complex workflows into simple UX.
• Experience building scalable platform architecture and discuss architecture.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams (PM, eng, design, marketing).
