Staff Product Manager, Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

📋 Description

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry using AI.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench—the single source of truth for orders.
• Partner with data science/ML to improve DFM models (3D geometry, CV).
• Track metrics: DFM handle time, sign-off latency, RMA, rework.
• Lead cross-functional alignment; explain strategy and ROI to execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ yrs PM exp; AI/ML-powered B2B/manufacturing products; BA/BS in Eng/CS/Business
• Own a system of record and data contracts with human-in-the-loop workflows
• Design policy-driven workflows: approvals, tiered sign-off, escalation
• Comfort operating across regions to enforce a global design standard
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for engineers and execs
• Data-driven prioritization, experimentation, and measuring impact on cycle time/quality
