Staff Product Manager, Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

📋 Description

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry.
• Own Intelligent DFM Workbench; single source of truth for orders.
• Partner with Data Science/ML to improve manufacturability models.
• Define and track key metrics: DFM handle time, sign-off latency, RMA, rework.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Eng, Data Science, UX, Sourcing, Pricing.
• Communicate strategy and ROI to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, AI/ML-powered or technical B2B/manufacturing products.
• Experience owning a system of record or complex data contracts with human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows (approval routing, tiered sign-off).
• Comfort operating across regions to enforce a single global design standard.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business; MBA/MS a plus.
• Data-driven prioritization and measuring impact on cycle time, quality, and satisfaction.
