📋 Description

• Define the vision and strategy for core equity product areas.
• Plan and execute a roadmap for equity/cap table management at scale.
• Lead discovery to deepen equity knowledge across Ledgy markets.
• Collaborate with Design, Eng, and SMEs to write specs and deliver in agile.
• Partner with stakeholders to align enterprise delivery with product goals.
• Define and track success metrics for initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management, B2B SaaS, enterprise-facing experience.
• Deep understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks.
• Experience owning APIs and third-party integrations (brokers).
• Excellent communication in English; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable using AI tools to move fast.
• Able to balance enterprise delivery with platform-level investments.
